silly cunts, its fuckin obvious FORD is better than holden! they are both built like shit, but ford has better enginering, gearboxes and ride. still for some reason i still like the pimpin chysler 300C wif the hemi V8. Fuckin swoit!

dont know what ur talking about mate fords have shit motors n boxes they blow head gaskets alll the time and the autos slip like a basterd only got motor of a ford is the 302 or 351 never had a bad problem with a holden but aussie 4 sppeds are shit .

the injected 302 weezer is a bucket of shit. And yes so is the sohc 4lt they shit heads all the time.

The best motor/gearbox combo of the last 5 years is the dohc turbo 4lt straight outta geelong and the german ZF 6 speed...gotta love aussie 6's that can smash yank V8's and jap turbos.

No fuckin way any straight 6 (with or without a blow dryer), Looks, sounds, tows, or performs with reliability anything like a decent V8....
Well..We know they can push the HP out of em with heaps of modded parts...But reliability goes out the fuckin window.
Fair enough to compare Fords with other Fords....But they both have nothing on a decent LT or LS motor (1, 2, 3, 7).. or SB2.
As far a sixers go.....The guys I've seen pushing big HP (1000-1500hp) all use the Toyota 2JZ as a starting point....Why?

These guys are pretty well known as the best in the business in Australia for fast 6's - http://www.gasmotorsport.com.au/
They might even have some go fast bits for your XR6 with a blow dryer mate...haha

them 1000hp motors are just dyno queens....im talking ya general daily car....

Everyone's got an opinion and ya hear so many horror stories but thats only cause the tuners lean em right out and blow em up to make power.

My falcon turbo is realiable as fuck...and i know heaps of people with heaps more power than mine with fuck all mods...all ya need is exaust, injectors, fuel pump, valve springs and a tune and ya xrt will make 360rwhp or more a bigger cooler will get ya 400. And ya can drive it daily. And tow all ya like.

Not saying that i dont love the sounds of a V8 but to make that sorta power with an 8 you would need head & cam exaust etc...and they sounds fucking awsum but they also attract attention from the jacks.... If my car pulled up next to ya you wouldnt know it was gonna blow ya doors off... a V8 with the sorta power a xr6 turbo has you will expect it to be fast. I love to sleeper look.
