That cunt Walkinshaw goes bankrupt in 02.
Holden then buy HRT, Kmart Racing(now Toll/HSV), and Team Brock from the recievers in the UK.
5 months later Holden do a deal with Skaife , John Kelly and Kees Weel where Holden motorsport has the control over the cars , the personel, the equipment. Holden owning these teams is against the V8 Supercar rules under the Terms of Licence Agreement (TLA)
So Skaifey Kelly and Weel own the franchise licence and nothing else.
Kees Weel takes his licence and cars and goes by himself returning to the PWR name.
At the start of this season TEGA investigate who owns what. They find out that all Kelly owns is the licence to compete. No cars no personel. No fucking nothing. He immediately changes the structure of his team to comply with the regulations

Now it's HRT's turn. Problem being is Skaife has sold off half of Skaife Sports to Walkinshaw at the end of 2006 to pay for the lease of cars , equipment and personel.
Now it's been reveiled that Walkinshaw had a controlling interest in both Toll/HSV and HRT . Once again against the v8 supercar rules.
Wankingshaw has been labled as an undesirable person to hold a V8 Licence by TEGA , but Skaifey still owes him heaps for the lease of cars etc.

TEGA want Walkinshaw to sign a deed of release but he won't.
This shit is still going on today.
Skaife Sports have been given 3 deadlines and they have missed every one, but they are still  on the grid competing. Why because they have come to a commercial agreement with TEGA , rumoured to be around half a million dollars. These pricks have bought/bribed their way back onto the grid.
It has also been revealed that none of the above teams have complied to the TLA since the start of the 03 season.
So they have a won a championship with Prick Kelly
They have won 3 Bathurst's with Kelly/Murphy 03, Kelly/Murphy 04 and Skaife/Todd Kelly 05 all while being outside of the rules.

yea they will never be kicked out cause Tega will loose too much money if it were a lesser team like team BOC for example they wouldnt be racing.

That was 2004.
Murphy and Prick kelly were running about 7th or 8th and were out of synch with every body else in the pitstops.
Radisich broke the upright in the 888 Falcon and instead of parking it off the track out of the way he fucking left it in front of McPhillamy park just off the racing line. The safety car had to come out because of it and it gave Murphy and Kelly a chance to get back on the same pit strategy as every one else. The only difference is they only had to do a splash and dash at the end because they had a stop a lot earlier where as the Ford guys had to fuel up empty cars which takes time.
If it wasn't for Radisich leaving it where he did Murphy and Kelly wouldn't have got the free kick they needed to get back with the leaders and it would have been Falcons from 1st to 7th.
But thats Bathurst, it always throws something up out of the blue

I heard a rumuor that he might be sucking the Investigation & Prosecution Officers knob.

The cunt at Winton in the rain fucks up and goes straight ahead he then rejoins the track 3 fucking corners later and misses about 400m of track.

A while ago Skaifey's car was rooted and he short cut the circuit and he was given a drive through when he got back out.

Then at Eastern Creek the cunt is spewing diff oil everywhere and the drivers are complaining how slippery it is and nothing is done.

Bright's bumper was half missing and the other half wasn't going to fall of but he was given the meatball flag(mechanical black flag) and had to come in.

Good effort by Skaifey to break Brocky's record of most rounds won as well.
