Prossiebogan.....There is no option to upload avatar images direct from your computer to this board.
You need to find a hosted image (or host one yourself) and insert the URL to use a custom avatar..( Think 100x150 pixels is the limit)
Dont expect anything flash here mate...Bogan Admin is the slackest carnt alive and this joint never gets updated and "it is what it is"....
Only Bogan Admin has privialges to change and update the board....Moderators can only ban unwanted members and edit unwanted content from threads.
("Stalking" privilages as Bogun would say)..LOL
