Well...asking complete strangers on a public forum is definatley NOT the go!..lol
Ask a few of ya makes that dont mind abit and see whats gettin round locally thru some reliable sources first.
If ya getting desperate...go and have a few beers at the pub and observe the crowd for a while for a fellow smoker.....I can usually spot em a mile away.....but dont rush..pick ya mark and ease into the conversation gently as not to offend...strike up a game of pool and throw a few games if ya have to.. av a few beers with the carnt first...lol
If ya have a bad feeling about them..or about getting ripped off?...My advice is, Trust your insticts...and ease out before you past the point of no return.
Dont get involved with any more than 2 hand deals....if ya hit ya mark well theres a good chance he/she will be able to hook you up on the spot...lol

I have a heap of Maori mates hey...Worked with a heap of them over the years that went hard too.
A couple of my best mates have Maori partners and I've seen thier culture pretty up close.
The way they pull together in times of crisis is unbelievable..The respect they have for thier friends is second to none.
One phone call and I could have 20 of em with thier Samoan mates anywhere anytime to help me out of I really needed it.
And the food!..FMD!..I've never seen people eat and enjoy food so much as the Maori's!...And I love me tucker!..So we generally get along good!...haha!
Some of the best fights of my life have been back to back with Maori mates...Generally nice guys that you dont wanna fuck with!...haha!
Only weakness is the piss...all bets are off when the big fellas get on it....It must just be genetics?.. Most Melanesian / Polynesian  people seem to have low tolerance levels to alcohol...So ya just gotta be carefull with em at times....Apart from that...when ya get to know em they are usually really top blokes and shielas.
